Preparation & Aftercare: Make sure to review the pre and post-care instructions provided.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of your appointment. Enjoy a 5% discount for payments made in cash or via Zelle. Accepted payment methods include Debit/Credit cards, ApplePay, and Venmo. Please note, checks are not accepted. While gratuities are not obligatory, they are always appreciated.
Rescheduling: You're allowed to reschedule your appointment once, up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, using the confirmation email/text you receive.
Cancellations: If you can't make it to your appointment, please extend the courtesy of notifying me via call, text, or email as soon as possible. (925) 548-9972.
Punctuality: Kindly arrive on time for your appointment to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. If you're more than 15 minutes late, rescheduling may be necessary.
Late Policy: To accommodate my tight schedule, punctuality is essential. If you're over 15 minutes late, it will be considered a "no-show," resulting in forfeiture of your deposit. Please consider potential traffic and weather conditions when planning your journey.
Brow Shaping: Before beginning the procedure, I'll meticulously map out the shape of your eyebrows based on your unique facial features and bone structure. You'll have the opportunity to review and make adjustments at this stage. Please note, I won't be responsible for any changes after you leave the studio.
Photos & Videos: Photos and videos will be taken before and after the procedure as required by my insurance. These may be shared on social media for marketing purposes. You have the option to decline having your photos published.
Booking Your Perfection Session: We'll schedule this together during your initial session.
Healed Results: Results may vary for each client and aren't guaranteed. Additional sessions may be necessary to achieve the desired outcome, with associated costs.
Children and Pets: For safety reasons, children and pets are not permitted in the studio.
No Refunds: Due to the nature of the services provided, refunds aren't offered once the service has been completed.
Best Efforts: While I strive to meet your expectations, I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
Existing Brow Tattoos: Coverups and corrections are possible in some cases but not guaranteed. Previous work may require multiple sessions and patience from the client. Approval is necessary before booking an appointment if you have existing cosmetic tattoo work.
Disqualifications List: Permanent makeup is not recommended for individuals under 18, pregnant or nursing, allergic to pigmentation or makeup, and those with certain health conditions. Please inform us of any allergic reactions to topical anesthetics.
All Yearly Refreshers Must Be Reviewed: Fading is normal, and some pigment must fade out of the skin to maintain the color's integrity. Failure to send clear photos before booking may result in a forfeited booking fee if a touch-up isn't needed upon review.
